DESCRIPTION
Very intense colour with shades tending towards violet. The bouquet is complex and intense, with hints of blackberry, plum, jam and spices. Endowed with excellent persistence and flavour.
Serving temperature: 12°/14°C
Goes well with soups and pasta dishes, roast red and white meat, game and spicy cheeses.
Aging: 8/10 years if stored in a cool, dark place
